By using the Viridian website, services, dApp, or application, you agree to the following terms:

* **Acknowledgement of Risks**: Viridian is in the alpha stage. Despite multiple security reviews, using Viridian protocol carries risks.
* **Acceptance of Liability**: By interacting with Viridian's apps or smart contracts, you accept the risk to your funds and release Viridian and its team from any liability.
* **Legal Compliance**: You confirm that you are legally allowed to access and use Viridian and are not violating any laws in your place of residence or citizenship.
